  • How long have you been in business?
    • We have been in business since 2011, and combined with our partner companies have over 100 years of experience in nutraceuticals.
  • What is private labeling?
    • Private label products are those manufactured by one company for use under another company’s brand.
  • Why private label?
    • Private label products are often positioned to be lower cost alternatives to regional, national, or international brands. Some private label goods are positioned as “premium’ brands. Private labeling allows you to create a brand to best reach your defined target market.
  • What are your specialties? What products do you make primarily?
    • We specialize in advanced formula high quality nutraceutical supplements and beauty products, with full product support from conception to distribution. Our high efficiency allows us to produce supplements at a low cost, allowing our customer to maximize their ROIs. We can produce your product in a variety of forms, including, but not limited to: capsules, creams, sprays, powders, tablets, veggie caps, soft gels, juices, serums, liquid products, blister packs, and gels.
  • How do I get started?
    • Contact us today for a quote via email at sales@trubodywellness.com, or call us at (877) 419-4004. We will connect you will a knowledgeable sales representative, who will be your dedicated contact to assist you with our streamlined process. If possible, please provide us with the following information about your product: Ingredients with milligram counts, bottle/bulk count, and full shipping address with postal code. This will help us provide you with the most accurate quote. Additional support from our team is available if you do not have a formula, looking to develop a custom formula, or need product analysis of an existing product.
  • Is there a deposit required to begin processing my order?
    • We require a 50% deposit upon receiving your order. The remainder, plus any applicable shipping costs, is due prior to your order being shipped.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank wire & ACH transfers, and PayPal.
  • Do you offer marketing support for my product?
    • Much more than just a nutraceutical manufacturer, we offer a variety of support for your brand after production.
  • Do you attend trade shows?
    • TruBodyWellness exhibits at trade shows globally. Contact us to find out when we will be at a show near you. We would be happy to schedule a meeting with you!

Private Label Services

  • What is the minimum run of products you will make? OR What is your minimum order/batch size?
    •  For private label of most of our stock products the minimum order is 100 bottles. For custom orders the minimum order is 500 bottles for capsules, 1200 - 1500 bottles for tablets, liquids and powders.
  • Is there a manufacturing setup fee in addition to the prices we have received?
    • The quote you receive from your sales rep is a complete quote. There are no additional manufacturing setup fees or other hidden fees.
  • What are your R&D capabilities?
    • We have a full network of scientists, laboratory professionals, and chemists dedicated to researching and developing our newest in-house products, as well as creating our clients’ proprietary formulations.
  • Can we supply our own materials?
    • We utilize many raw ingredient providers to provide you with the lowest cost products possible. However, you can supply your own raw materials on a limited basis.
  • What are your lead times?
    • We typically ship within 48 business hours of label approval. For custom products our lead times are generally 4-6 weeks depending on the product.
  • Do I need a formulation already to get started with you?
    • A formula is not necessary to get started developing your nutraceutical line. You may choose to use an existing house formula, or have our laboratory scientists create a proprietary formula based upon your needs and target audience. We can also analyze existing products if necessary for an additional fee.
  • How do I specify a formulation?
    • A known formula should be broken down into ingredients listed by milligrams.
  • Is there an extra charge for a custom formulation?
    • There are no additional fees to create a custom formulation.
  • How can I find out the status of my production run?
    • Your dedicated account executive will work with you on every step of the process, and can update you on the status of your order, as well as answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
  • What do I do if I already have a finished product but no formula?
    • We can analyze your finished product for an additional fee.

Products

  • What products do you offer?
    • We offer a variety of nutritional supplements and skin care products. Your product can be produced in many different forms, including: capsules, creams, sprays, powders, tablets, veggie caps, soft gels, juices, serums, liquid products, blister packs, gels, or mints. Popular product categories include weight loss, enhancement, anti-aging, cardiovascular support, joint support, multi-vitamins, children’s health, sports nutrition, omega-3, antioxidants, and detoxifiers, just to name a few.
  • If I have a special nutraceutical ingredient I want to use from a specific ingredient supplier, can you acquire it for production?
    • In most cases, our efficiencies of scale allow us to source ingredients at the best price available. However, you may use ingredients from a specific ingredient supplier upon request.
  • Is there a difference in cost between capsules, tablets, liquids, creams, etc.?
    • As the manufacturing process differs between product forms, this may also affect the cost of your product.
  • What are your lead times?
    • Because of our commitment to obtaining the highest quality ingredients at the lowest cost, as well as our strict adherence to all GMP regulations, the average turnaround time on your custom order is 4-6 weeks.
  • Are capsules better than tablets?
    • We do recommend capsules, as they do have faster absorption rates in the body. However, the product you choose may determine the product form necessary for the best deliverability of your product. Your dedicated account executive can help you determine the best form for your product.
  • Is there an average cost per bottle?
    • Cost of your product is determined by the ingredients in the formulations. Since ingredient prices differ, the cost of your product cannot be determined until a formula is finalized. Also, volume discount may apply to larger orders.

Graphic Design

  • What graphic design support do you offer?
    • Our graphics team can help you with label and package design, template label development, logo creation, and website graphics featuring your product.
  • What costs are involved with getting my labels created?
    • In most cases this could cost you hundreds of dollars or more, but we provide this service free to help you build you brand and your business. As you grow, we grow with you so we see this as a good investment in your business.
  • How long will my label design take?
    • Label design typically takes about 1 week, though it can sometimes be completed in as few as 48 hours.
  • Do you offer rush graphic services?
    • Rush services may be available upon request for a small additional fee.
  • I have artwork created for my label, what formats do you accept?
    • The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator (.ai), with all fonts converted to outlines and all graphics embedded. Hi-res Adobe Photoshop (.psd) 300 DPI CMYK will also be accepted. If we are making revisions to your existing artwork, please provide all fonts. Please include .050” bleed and .050” safety. Adobe hi-res PDF CMYK color mode, with all fonts converted to outlines, will also be accepted. Please provide a lo-res jpg of your artwork as a point of reference.
  • Can you design my labels for me?
    • We do offer complete graphic design services for your company. Whether you have print ready art files, or just a vision of your brand, we can help you design a custom label to effectively target your market.
  • Do you provide labels?
    • We are more than happy to offer you complete label design, printing, and application services. We can create your label with either provided artwork, or develop one from the vision you have of your brand.
  • Do you offer custom package design help and do you manufacture packaging as well?
    • We can create custom packaging as well as customize how the product is presented within your packaging, including printed inserts.
  • Can you design my labels for me?
    • We do offer complete graphic design services for your company. Whether you have print ready art files, or just a vision of your brand, we can help you design a custom label to effectively target your market.
  • Where do I print the labels? Can I print them on my own?
    • Our large volume scale allows us to receive the most competitive rates for label printing, as well as being highly knowledgeable about the specific criteria of label printing for our variety of bottle types. Therefore, we do recommend utilizing our printers for your labeling requirements.
  • Do you provide UPC barcodes?
    • Although we do not purchase and distribute barcodes for our clients, we will create the barcode graphic on your product free of charge - just provide us with the barcode digits after you have acquired them.

Certifications

  • What are your certifications?
    • Our manufacturing plants are GMP certified, as well as registered with the FDA. We can also produce organic, halal, and kosher goods.
  • How can I be sure of the ingredients in my formulation, and the quality of ingredients?
    • We use the highest quality ingredients when developing each formula. We can provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) upon request.
  • I’m concerned about meeting FDA regulations. How can you help me make sure I am compliant?
    • Our team is very knowledgeable in regards to FDA regulations. Our plants are registered with the FDA, and follow all GMP guidelines.
  • Are the products FDA approved?
    • The FDA does not have statutory authority to approve any food or any food manufacturer of supplement products.
  • I’m importing my products into another country. Can you help me with documentation?
    • Yes, we will work with you to produce the necessary documentation to import your product into countries outside of the USA. Each country has different regulation and paperwork that must be completed, and may take different amounts of time to process. We are familiar with the regulations of other countries and will work to make the process as simple, streamlined, and efficient as possible.
  • Do you provide COA’s (Certificate of Analysis)?
    • Yes, upon request.

  • Do you offer rush graphic services?
    • Rush services may be available upon request for a small additional fee.
  • Will you ship individual orders?
    • We can introduce you to our fulfillment partner who can arrange a quote for you.
  • Do you provide labels?
    • We are more than happy to offer you complete label design, printing, and application services. We can create your label with either provided artwork, or develop one from the vision you have of your brand.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • That will be dependent on the destination and delivery options you choose. We can assist you on choosing the most appropriate method to fit your needs.
  • What kinds of packing material do you use?
    • We offer a variety of packing material. Our professional team ensures your product is packaged appropriately so that your product travels safely, with no damage.
  • My product was damaged during shipping. Will you replace the product?
    • Unfortunately, we have not control over the way shipping carriers handle the packages. If your products get damaged despite being appropriately packaged, we cannot be held liable for replacing them.
